Fleet electrification can feel like a big step, but Xcel Energy offers support to help organizations plan with more confidence. Through the Fleet Electrification Advisory Program, eligible fleets in Xcel Energy’s electric service territory can receive a data-driven assessment to explore EV opportunities, charging infrastructure needs, site suitability, cost estimates, rate options, and strategies to support long-term savings.
The program is designed for public and private organizations with five or more light-duty fleet vehicles that are considering EV procurement and charging infrastructure within the next year. Participants receive customized analysis, including vehicle suitability, charging location recommendations, available EV models, fuel and maintenance cost comparisons, and access to planning tools that can help inform next steps.
