We’re four weeks out from the Drive Clean Summit + Expo, and the lineup is taking shape.
On October 22, fleet leaders, communities, utilities, public agencies, workforce partners and transportation experts will gather at Empower Field at Mile High for a full day of candid conversations, practical ideas, new technology and valuable connections.
Colorado’s transportation future depends on people from across sectors bringing their experience, ideas and expertise to the same field. When fleet leaders, communities, utilities, public agencies, workforce partners and industry experts connect, they can compare approaches, identify opportunities and build the relationships that move projects forward.
That is what the Drive Clean Summit + Expo is designed to do.
An Agenda Built Around Real Decisions
This year’s program will focus on the choices organizations are making now and the questions that will shape what happens next:
- What would fleet leaders actually buy today—and what is influencing those decisions?
- How can transportation, charging infrastructure and energy planning keep pace with one another?
- What will it take to prepare technicians, first responders and other workers for changing technologies?
- Where do renewable diesel, renewable natural gas, propane, hydrogen and other fuels fit?
- How are permitting and infrastructure requirements affecting real projects?
- What could emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and battery reuse and recycling mean for transportation’s future?
- Which partnerships can help turn promising ideas into workable projects?
Attendees will hear directly from the people doing this work: fleet operators, community leaders, utilities, government agencies, educators, technology providers and other industry experts.
The day begins with an early look at the Expo, followed by opening remarks and focused educational sessions. An extended midday Expo and lunch period will provide time to see vehicles and technology up close, meet exhibitors and connect with other attendees. Afternoon sessions will dig into the issues shaping the industry, followed by one final opportunity to explore the Expo and a reception sponsored by Terrapin.

The Summit is strongest when every part of Colorado’s transportation community is represented.
