The project follows a structured, inclusive process to ensure that clean mobility solutions—such as bike share, car share, ride share, bike libraries, and local transit—reflect the unique needs of each community. Community Engagement & Needs Assessment

Grant Writing & Resource Identification
Translate community-identified needs into strong, competitive grant applications to secure funding from state and local sources for clean mobility projects.

Support community-based organizations with technical assistance, training, and planning resources to strengthen their ability to manage and sustain mobility initiatives.

Implementation of Funded Projects
Launch and manage clean mobility projects that have been funded—tailored to each community’s needs and priorities—such as establishing bike libraries, enhancing transit access, or starting car share programs.
